How do I cancel an order?

Request Cancellation

  • Select “Request Cancellation” on orders you would like to cancel.


  • Select “Yes” to confirm cancellation.

Once submitted, the vendor will receive an email notification with the order details and cancellation request.


When the vendor initiates the refund, the Order Status will be marked as “Cancelled” in the public app portal and the Action Status will display “Refunded”

Note: If a vendor declines the cancellation request, the Order Status will remain “Unfulfilled” in the public app portal until the vendor fulfills the order.
