How do I request a return?
Request Return
- Select “Request Return” on the order containing products that must be returned.
- Select the products, quantity to be returned, and enter a reason for return in the textbox.
- Select “Send” to submit the Return Request to the vendor.
If a vendor approves the return request, the products must be returned the address provided by the vendor. Once the vendor receives the return, they will issue a refund to the customer. Once the refund has been issued, the refund status will be adjusted to “Refunded” in the public app portal.
