What is your return policy?

All product returns and replacements must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unopened and unused condition to be approved. If you are a Shopify store owner and your customer is looking to return a product, contact us at marketplace@ibeauthentic.com.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Luxury Beauty's part. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if your personal return policy is outside of the Luxury Beauty return windows.
