How can my customers track their order?

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking information will be automatically sent to your customer from your Shopify store when the order ships from the vendor. To ensure the customer receives an email confirmation that the order has shipped, check Notify customer of shipment checkbox when requesting fulfillment then click Send fulfillment request.
